What sizes do your abayas come in?

Our abayas are available in lengths ranging from 52 inches to 58 inches.

As a general guide:

52" – Suitable for approximately 5'1"–5'3"
54" – Suitable for approximately 5'4"–5'5"
56" – Suitable for approximately 5'6"–5'8"
58" – Suitable for approximately 5'9"–6'0"

We recommend measuring from the top of your shoulder to your desired hem length for the best fit.

Are your abayas true to size?

Our abayas are designed with a modest, relaxed fit. Product descriptions will include sizing information where applicable to help you choose the right size.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on serving customers within the United Kingdom. International shipping options may become available in the future.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition
With all original tags attached
In original packaging

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?

If you are exchanging an item, you will be required to pay for shipping both ways (to send the item to us and to receive the exchange). If you are wanting to exchange your order - email us for our return address.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

How should I care for my abaya?

To preserve the quality and longevity of your abaya, we highly recommend utilising dry cleaning services for our products, given the delicate nature of our abayas. Using a washing machine can cause irreparable damage to the abaya.
