PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING:

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are securely processed.
Shipping details, including costs and delivery times, are outlined during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or damages during transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

When packages arrive in your country, customers are solely responsible for any incurred customs charges. We recommend checking and adhering to local customs regulations. Sultéa bears no liability for these charges. If you fail to pay customs charge and the item returns back to us, we will refund you the amount paid for the item but the delivery charge will not be refunded. The abaya will not be sent out again either. 

Europe orders take around 7 -14 days to receive but may take longer if there is delays such as item being held at customs.

International shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks – sometimes delays can occur.
